I've been trying to learn how to write widgets. So far I have found several ways to not write working widgets.
I think I will have to start real simple and maybe I'll get it. Then I can try to make more complex ones as I learn.
Of course what I was trying to do was done by Blogger while I was trying. I guess I'll have to come up with something a little more original.

Heat
Hot. The high today was supposed to be 113* F. My thermometer read 117.
My A/C quit working. Had to call the repairman. While waiting for him my dogs and I felt like we were baking. It got up to 97 inside the house.
The A/C is working now, but we are exhausted just enduring the heat.
Was going to write something else today but can't remember what. Maybe after my brain cools down. The temp inside the house is dropping steadily now that the A/C is working again.
