Here's a random thought.
With so many people losing their jobs we will see more beggars on street corners, freeway exit ramps, parking lot entry/exits, etc. I've already noticed this happening where I live.
I wonder how long it will be before TPTB (The Powers That Be) decide they are too much of a nuisance and make it illegal to beg?
